One set of rules for the studio and all its games. The short version: the games are free, there are no ads and no tracking, what you make lives in your own Bluesky repo, and you only put people in a game if they've said yes.

These pages cover gamethesky.com and every Game the Sky game: the game maker at gamethesky.com, Haunt the Sky, Fight the Sky, Sky Vortex, Sky Tanks, TRAN: Derezzed, Dept of War, The Epstein Files, Hats Off, Drops, Smitten, Golf the Sky, Race the Sky and SkyRealm. A few games have a page of their own with details only they need (tournaments, live servers, replays). Those pages add to these; where they disagree, these win.
gamethesky.com is the studio's home and its game maker: you can play the games people made there, make your own, and sign in with Bluesky to publish them. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. What it keeps on your device, and what its servers keep, is in the privacy policy.
Game the Sky and the names of its games are the studio's. Bluesky is a trademark of Bluesky Social, PBC; the games use the AT Protocol and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Bluesky. Other names mentioned in the games belong to their owners, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
